Couples
Before asking whether to stay or go, there may be something deeper to understand.
When a relationship reaches a place of conflict, distance, or uncertainty, there can be enormous pressure to find an answer.
Can this be fixed?
Should we stay together?
Is it time to let go?
My work with couples creates space before that answer.
Together, we look beyond the surface of the conflict to understand what the relationship is revealing about each person and about the space between them.
What patterns are repeating?
What has gone unseen or unspoken?
What is each person being asked to recognize within themselves?
And what might become possible if both people could meet themselves and one another from a different place?
The goal is not to keep every couple together.
Nor is it to lead people apart.
The goal is to move beyond fear, anger, obligation, and reactivity toward greater love and clarity, so that whatever choice emerges is conscious, honest, and aligned with what is genuinely best for both people.
Sometimes that clarity leads two people back toward one another with greater intimacy and understanding.
Sometimes the relationship must take a new form. And sometimes, the most loving choice is to let go.
My role is not to give you the answer. It is to help you reach the place within yourselves where the answer becomes clear.
