You arrive with a problem. We listen for the transformation hidden within it.

You may come because your relationship is in crisis.

Because you no longer recognize yourself in the life you have built.

Because you are facing a decision you cannot seem to make.

Because you have done years of work on yourself and yet continue to find yourself in the same place.

Or perhaps you cannot explain exactly what is wrong. You simply know that something no longer fits.

You do not need to arrive with the answer.

Our work is to listen more deeply to the question.

Together, we look beneath the circumstances, beneath the patterns, and beneath the stories you have carried about who you are and who you are supposed to be.

Not to force change. Not to prescribe an outcome.

But to discover what this moment may be asking of you.

Because sometimes the problem that brings us to therapy is not merely an obstacle in our path.

Sometimes, it is the doorway.

Reveal

The work moves through three places.

We look beneath the immediate problem to understand what this moment is making visible.

The pattern you keep repeating. The truth you have avoided. The part of yourself you have abandoned. The identity you may have outgrown.

Transform

Insight alone is not always enough.

The deeper work is allowing what you see to change the way you understand yourself. When identity shifts, you begin to see differently, relate differently, and make different choices.

Choose

Not from panic. Not from anger. Not from fear of losing what you have. And not from an idea of what your life is supposed to look like.

We ask:

From the person I am becoming, what is true now?

This is where love and clarity meet. And it is from this place that meaningful choices can emerge.

Work with Me

Couples

Shira Etzion believes that relationships are one of the most powerful arenas for both personal and relational actualization. Rather than focusing solely on the end question—“Do I stay or do I go?”—her work centers on creating space to explore what our relationships are here to teach us. Her intention is to support individuals in arriving at a place of love, clarity, and self-awareness, where they can ask from a grounded and sincere place: What is truly best for me and for this other person? From that place of both love and clarity, thoughtful and aligned choices can emerge.

Individuals

Shira Etzion’s work on an individual level focuses on what the situational moments of conflict, tension, or uncertainty are asking of you. Often these moments are a part of what we cannot yet see alone for our own evolution. Her work centers on change at the identity level, not just the level of life circumstances. Each issue holds the seed for an identity shift, and as that shift occurs, choices and circumstances begin to change from a new sense of self. Rather than working issue by issue, this allows movement across multiple areas of a person’s life at once.

Ketamine

Shira Etzion offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as a powerful modality for creating clarity and opening new pathways for change. These sessions are designed to gently but powerfully interrupt existing patterns, allowing clients to access a broader perspective on their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Through both preparation and integration, the work supports individuals in making sense of what arises and translating those insights into meaningful, aligned action. The intention is not just insight, but the ability to move forward with greater ease, clarity, and self-trust.
